The Spencer Women’s Foundation is dedicated to empowering women through skilled trades education, hands-on training, and real-world experiences that create pathways to economic independence and long-term stability. Gaining practical skills and technical knowledge will give women the confidence and opportunity to transform both their lives and their communities.

The Foundation was established by Constance Spencer, an accomplished architect, trained carpenter, and design/build contractor. With a Master of Architecture from Yale and a Master’s Degree in Sustainability from Harvard, Constance has rooted the organization in technical excellence and a deep commitment to sustainable global impact. Through our volunteer initiatives, mentorship programs, and comprehensive training, we work diligently to facilitate meaningful and lasting change.

This digital platform serves as a central hub for our mission, goals, and project updates while fostering partnerships with individuals and organizations aligned with our vision. We invite you to explore our work, discover collaboration opportunities, and support our mission through online donations.

"We believe in the potential of all women to embrace their true selves, define their own future, and positively influence the world." -Constance Spencer
